In a biting commentary on his show, Tucker Carlson rips Democratic officials — including Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi — for their hypocrisy when it comes to mask mandates.

For example, at Nancy Pelosi’s recent $30,000-a-plate fundraiser, no one was wearing a mask but the help. “There’s nothing worse than having the help breathe on you,” Carlson comments. “It’s repulsive, but revealing. It’s pretty clear at this point that Nancy Pelosi, our chief COVID enforcer, doesn’t believe a word she says.”

She’s not social distancing either, or wearing a mask or face shield at her event, where people are shown seated elbow to elbow. But, back in Washington, she requires that members of Congress and staff wear masks at all times, where she said publicly that she’s a “big believer in not sharing any air unnecessarily.”

What’s also clear, Carlson adds, is that it’s only the underclasslings — the servants and constituents of the rich and powerful — who have to abide by mandated shutdowns, vaccines, masks and social distancing. We have two groups in American, Carlson says — and if you’re not part of the elite, just “shut up … and be sure not to breathe on me.”

But, lest you think this is restricted only to Americans, you need look no further than New Zealand and Australia for even more bizarre rules for the common folk.
